Ju...John, this was a great counter-article to post. Just like every other methodology, SWOT has its flaws. I do agree with Coman and Ronen, that companies generate strengths and weaknesses that are too large to address, therefore limiting the usefulness of the SWOT. In addition, I liked how they created a focused current reality tree to make an actable and useful analysis.
